Cruisin Classics is proud to present this 1975 Chevrolet K5 Blazer. This big, beautiful square-body comes to us today with a nice two-tone driver-quality paint job done in Red and White. The front end features an egg-crate grill with bright surrounding trim flanked by headlights set in square bezels. The front bumper is in excellent condition and has a rubber guard on it. Bright trim work separates the two exterior colors and also accents the wheel wells. Both sides of the Blazer have “K5 Blazer” badges on the front fenders, steel side mirrors, and “Cheyenne” badges on the rear quarters. Wrap-around tail lights lead you to the rear where you'll find a fold-down tailgate with power window, a tow hitch, and a nice chrome bumper. One of the coolest features of this Blazer is the removable fiberglass roof from the cab back. It's a 2-3 person job to get it off, but it's a really cool look when it's done. This Blazer sits nice and tall on white painted factory Rally wheels with beauty rings wrapped in BF Goodrich All-Terrain Radial TA's (35x12.5 R15 LT). Under the hood you'll find a numbers-matching 5.7 liter 350 V-8 mated to a 4-speed manual transmission (LOW plus 3 gears) with 2 or 4 wheel drive. The tidy, stock engine bay also features black valve covers and air cleaner, power steering, power brakes (disc / drum), and an A/C system updated to R134-A. The undercarriage is very clean and features a newer exhaust with Hooker mufflers and a new gas tank. Open the driver's door to find a well-kept, mostly original looking interior. The door panels are OEM except for added aftermarket speakers and the driver's door has power window and power lock controls. The red and orange plaid cloth bucket seats are still in very good condition and are quite comfortable. Between the seats is a large center console with cupholders and storage space. The red vinyl dash pad appears original with only a couple of small imperfections. The gauges all operate as they should, but the clock is inop.. On the dash are climate controls for the cold A/C, hot heat, and strong fan. There are also a switch for the working 2-speed wipers. Beneath the climate controls is a Craig AM/FM/Cassette stereo that runs through a 7-band EQ mounted under the dash, to an Alphasonik PMA4030 amplifier in the cargo area, and finally through 2 6” speakers in the doors, 2 6X9's on the rear seat side-panels, and a Bazooka bass tube in the cargo area. This stereo sounds simply awesome! Also on the dash is a switch to raise and lower the rear tailgate window. On the dash ahead of the passenger is a Cheyenne dash badge and a glove-box. On the front floor are two shifters – one for the 2 and 4 wheel drive and one for standard transmission gears. The floor is covered in red carpet in good condition. Around back in the cargo area is a full spare tire on a Rally wheel and red vinyl floor-mats. These Square-body Blazers are exceptionally hot these days and when you look at them compared to the uninspired modern SUV's – it's easy to see why! This numbers-matching example with cold A/C, nice paint, power steering and brakes, and a killer stereo really checks all the boxes and surely won't be here for long!
